Smalleys Beach camping
Getting there: This campground is located in Cape Hillsborough National Park, 46 km from Mackay.
From Mackay follow Bruce Hwy northwest for about 21.5 km. Turn right onto Yakapari Seaforth Rd, in approximately 7 km turn right onto Howells Rd. Take the road for another 9 km as it becomes Old Hillsborough Rd, follow for about 3.5 km. Turn right onto Nobblers Creek Rd and drive for another 2 km as it becomes Cape Hillsborough Rd, continue for 3 km.
Access: 2WD.
Stay: Car, tent camping, trailer, caravans.
Facilities: Toilet, picnic tables, drinking water. Bring your own firewood.
Fees and booking: Camping - $5 per adult/per night. Car entry - free.
