Eastern Summit camping
Getting there: This campground is located in Wooroonooran National Park, 22 km from Babinda.
From Babinda follow Bruce Hwy south for about 8.5 km. Turn right onto Bartle Frere Rd and continue for 4 km. Turn right onto Price Rd follow for another 1 km as it becomes Biggs Rd. Take the road for 1.5 km. Turn right onto Josephine Falls Rd, drive for another 0.5 km. Walk to the camping for about 6.5 km.
Access: 2WD. Walk to campsite from parking.
Stay: Tent camping.
Facilities: Bring your own firewood and drinking water.
Fees and booking: Camping - $5 per adult/per night. Car entry - free.
