Miyumba bush camp
Getting there: This campground is located in Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) National Park, 313 km from Mt Isa.
From Mt Isa follow Barkly Hwy northwest. In approximately 119 km turn right at Thorntonia Yelvertoft Rd. Drive for about 56 km and then turn right at Gregory Downs Camooweal Rd, follow for another 60 km. Turn left on Riversleigh Rd, in approximately 28 km turn left to stay on Riversleigh Rd. Follow for about 50 km. Then turn left toward Gorge River. The camp is on Gorge River
Access: 2WD. The route includes unsealed roads passable only by 4WD in wet weather.
Stay: Trailers, car, tent camping.
Facilities: Bring your own firewood and drinking water.
Fees and booking: Camping - $5 per adult/ per night. Car entry - free.
