O’Hares Rest Area
Getting there: This campground is located in Kosciuszko National Park off Elliot Way 46 km from tumbarumba. Follow William St out of Tumbarumba. In about 16 km turn left on Elliot Way towards Kiandra. Follow Elliot Way for another 30 km.
Access: 2WD. The route includes unsealed roads.
Stay: Tent camping, caravan, trailer, car.
Facilities: Boat ramp, pit toilets, wood barbecues. Bring your own firewood and drinking water.
Fees and booking: Camping - FREE, Car entry per vehicle/day $27 June-Oct, $16 rest of the year.
